Leah gives each team member an opportunity to grow in the company, she's always very encouraging. She is open to provide the necessary resources to help the team be more effective in their role - whether it's getting a subscription to technical resources or going to an AWS conference, she provides that opportunity.
When I approached Leah and let her know that I would like to take on a new role and join the team, she made sure to provide information on how to accomplish my goal. She recommended courses, meetups and always checks in to see how I am doing . She has been very supportive through the process.

She makes sure we have great examples and designs. She sets up team meetings and meets with us individually to communicate the client's requests so that we can produce the best product.
