Since March, Odessans have joined virtual hangs - including 30+ virtual happy hours, 120+ workout sessions (originally a daily, 15-minute employee-led session in the middle of the office dubbed ‘Odessa Fit’ turned virtual), 50+ mindfulness sessions with a certified mindfulness instructor, and more. In lieu of in-office touchpoints, we also host monthly connects with leadership to talk about enterprise strategies, goals, innovations, and celebrate team wins to keep the entire organization apprised of the inner workings.
