These are just some highlights, but perhaps one of the most meaningful components of our cultural experience is the connection our executive team fosters. Each Chief Office and Vice President takes great care to build relationships with folks across the organization, learning about individual lives and interests, and invites ongoing feedback and dialogue on any number of topics—none are off limits. Today, as we work 100% remotely, our leadership is committed to not only maintaining but constantly improving our culture. In fact, we just finalized a comprehensive culture assessment survey, accomplishing an 86% response rate, along with follow-up focus groups. This survey measures eight cultural markers, including transparency, inclusion, agility, collaboration, growth, innovation, solutions and technologies, as well as an eNPS question (our companywide score is 48—which is considered very good!).
