As a minority-owned firm, our informed principles have empowered us to make the conscience decision to acquire and maintain a diverse workforce at Clarity Partners. Now more than ever, it is fundamentally important to our managing partners that we maintain that position and foster an environment in which that idea can grow. The COVID-19 pandemic and more recent social unrest has undoubtedly forced us to reflect on how we operate, how we keep our employees and their families safe, and on our advocacy for marginalized groups.
Over the last 5 years, our continued growth has put us in a position to build and maintain a diverse workforce in which 60% of our hired employees were minorities. This was the first opportunity for many of these individuals to work in technology and learn this valuable skillset. As a result, we have also maintained much of that diversified workforce – currently 47% – and leveraging those perspectives is one of the core values of our business.
